Battery vasarelli watch

I have an Omega Vasarelli Deville watch and I can not find a battery for it. I had read they do not make this battery any more. Is my only answer to go to Omega and pay a high price for a battery?

SOURCE: My omega deville ladies prestige quartz is losing time. There is no second hand on the watch and the minute hand seems to tick every 10 secs or so. It has just had a new battery replaced by omega auth

Yes. The minute hand ticking every 10 seconds is normal. Losing time is either battery or a movement malfunction. Only a trained watchmaker (or presumably Omega) can determine which. Take it back to Omega

I own an omega deville watch. tried to adjust the time, the winder, crown broke out

You will have to replace the stem. If you still have the button, any watchmaker will replace this for a few pounds.

My Omega DeVille, after winding it it will only run for about 1-2 min, I placed back on the winder for 8 hrs. and it will not move. I can swing the watch and get the same results. It will only operate...

I will assume this is an automatic. In which case it sounds like the mainspring has broken. You will need to get a qualified watchmaker to fix that. There can be other reasons (blocked wheels etc) but this is the most common to cause the symptom you describe.

I have a ladies omega seamaster watch. What is the button battery no.?

I hope that you are not considering replacing the battery yourself. Please consider that you will probably null and void the warranty by attempting this yourself, and as this is a very well made watch, I would HIGHLY recommend that you contact OMEGA for your watch services. That would be MY advice.

I have bin given a omega watch four my birtday and i wont to no how mutch its worth the serial numberis 53831642

mcdevito75 here, Omega, outstanding watch, and a Deville REAL NICE, Depending on it"s age and the functions it has I would guess, $225.00---------$275.00 or even more. The Seamasters are the REAL expensive Omegas. Look for a small watch repair shop in your area for further help.

Differentiating omega model 2561.80 and a model 2531.80

Kris,
The only way to find out what model of Omega you actually own is to open it.  This should have been done by whoever you already brought it to.  Omega only prints their model #'s on the movement inside the watch.  If you open the watch, look on the movement, you'll know what model you own.

I cant adjust the minite hand backwards if the watch is gaining

Unfortunately your watch do not have reverse action, so, you have to go all the way forwards till you reach designated time again.
One more way how to set the right time is to disconnect the battery and wait till the real time reaches the hands of your watch, then put battery back and set again. If watch has a STOP function (crown pulled out), then you don't have to disconnect the battery- just pull out crown and wait.
By the way: pushing the button in accelerates minute hand constantly, but if you'll push the button rapidly, it will move mimnute hand bit by bit. Use this feature to set desired time more precisely.
Do not forget to rate, please.
