Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
You need to install latest phone software to correct glitches on the software and have the phone software reloaded/formatted to get it corrected. Need a service technician to connect it to PC with special software to do this. They can perform phone resets and updates to resolve issue. Or if you can connect with internet with your provider you can update phone software from Motorola website.
