Question about Karcher G3025OH Pressure Washer
I have a Karcher 3000 PSI very litle use ,the unit is hard to start and if it does will go off inmediately, I noticed the gasoline is getting into the oil tank, it seems like a gasket issue .please help.
It sounds more like a carb problem flooding and dumping some gas into the oil. This unit probably has a low oil sensor and the gas could be affecting this. I would have somebody look at the carb and find out why doing this, change the oil and try again. I have one that leaks gas because of float problems, that has done it since new, waiting for spring to remedy. Good luck, Also you can go to Karcher.com for a parts explosion and manual if needed.

Drain the oil, remove and clean spark plug, remove carb and air filter. Thoroughly clean carb with carb cleaner and compressed air. Replace all of the gaskets that was removed during procedure, then re-assemble torquing bolts to specs, replace spark plug and add fresh oil. Give her a couple of tugs and fire her up. If that does not work and your engine does has the same symptoms then your diagnosis description was inaccurate and you need to add more information. Every little thing matters.
