Problem : 3 beeps continously then space then sham four then space again space again its repeating d same give me any solution 
Replace the processor. The 3 beeps means its the processor at fault..
continuous beeps with space in between means its the rams.. No beeps at all means its the clock speed.
from what your saying it sounds like the processor.

Try leaving it off but with power to it (should see a small green LED on Mobo) for about 30 minutes or more.
After this time try starting it with RAM installed of course!
