Booklet needed could you pls tell me where I can get the manual that comes with the product? I do not know how to use the oven much and would like to get the instruction book. is there some website i could go to in order to download the instructions? thanks!

Good News!
I finally found RIVAL'S 800# when I made a chance visit to the Sunbeam products site. In fact, they have 2 free customer svc. #'s. After speaking with a representative, (actually a very understanding and friendly rep. of JARDIM) and explaining the troubles I've had for almost a year with the product, they have offered to send a new oven-the updated model. Now THAT'S real customer service. Apparently I bought a model that may have had problems.
I think RIVAL does appreciate its customer base. The outcome was more than I expected. But I wish RIVAL would publish its 800 service numbers and the proper company name to call in the information booklet that comes with the appliance.
