Generally, defragmenting your hard disk will resolve this issue. To defragment your computer:
Go to Start--> Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> Disk Defragmenter.
When the Disk Defragmenter window opens, choose Defragment.
If defragmentation doesn't resolve the issue, burn your project as a
data file, and then burn your project as a data disc using Disc Copier
or Creator Classic. To create a disc image/data file:
After clicking the Burn button, the Burn Project window opens.
You have two data burning options:
Image file - this option will save your project as an .ISO file. To burn this file you will need to use the Burn Image option in Creator's Copy section.
Set - burning a folder set will create a Video_TS folder that you can
burn using Creator Classic. Burning a folder set to DVD will create a
fully functional DVD. Do NOT rename the Video_TS folder other wise it
will not play! Simply place it in a folder that is the name of your
project if you need to keep track.
Either of the above options are a great way to not only back up your
projects, but make multiple copies to reduce encoding time!
There can be several reasons for that. Try to use Nero software if you are using LG SUITE. Also the DVD write speed and format has to match that of your writer. Ate you copying another DVD or writing data or edited media such as movie video or music files? Check compliance format.
do you have a cd writer or rom drive is the first thing you have to check, if it's a writer then put the disc in first and it should give you an option to write files to cd accept then follow the the instruction to add your files, assuming your running windows. iif that does'nt work check to see if your discs are + or - it may be your wriiter will only accept one kind
Sometimes you need to have a burning software like nero or roxio, if you want to get music from an audio cd you can use rip by going to the windows media player but if not tell me what kind of software you are using for copying.
If u want Burn the Music CD just select the option copy disc option and it will copy all data to memory then it will automatically ejects and ask for a blank disc just remove the music disc and insert it with a blank disc it will start writing i.e, burning then finally it will come out and u r music disc is ready
U have lot of software to burn a disc most commonly used is NERO Windows default Windows Media Player ROXIO
If u Have any doubt or a clarification please describe the problem Clearly
if you have nothing on the cd then it won't read it cause there is nothing for it to read... so if you have a writing software that you can write the cd you can write the cd... only if there is something on the cd it will read......
