The SERIAL NUMBER required is either on a label or stamped in the metal casing.
Quote ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS on ANY LABELS or BARCODES plus the MAKE of RADIO

Well if its a factory radio the code should be in the manual for the car. if not you could go to the dealership that makes the car and they might be able to unlock it.
