System freeze after booting the key...

the system freezes after booting which makes the keyboard and touchpad unfunctional but an external mouse works very well. on save mode everything works normal.

Delete the keyboard driver in the Control Panel and reboot. Windows will reinstall it. Then do the same for the mouse driver.
