This message is from Microsoft. It means that when you tried to update or otherwise patch your OS, the system at MS showed your computer to have a copy of Windows running that isn't legal. You will continue to receive the message and see that little star looking thing in your taskbar until you pay them for an activation code or reinstall Windows from a disc you own or have already purchased. The question here is who put the OS on your laptop? Did you get this from someone who had rebuilt it? That's the usual way it happens. If you bought the laptop brand new or from a reputable shop, take it back and show them the message.
Hope this clears up the confusion enough to rate me a Fixya!

My pc always display,"this page is not genuine" so what's the meaning? That I may be a victim of software counterfeiting.

windows update kb971033 is the culprit. It is a security update that can be uninstalled or the other way to remove the not genuine notification is to change the product key at the bottom of the system summary page found by clicking start - control panel - system and scrolling down to windows activation. If your windows key is unreadable just remove the update mentioned above and change auto update to not download and install automatically. When offered the update again right click on it and select to hide it.The update is usually offered unticked as an important update though

I got an error says that i am a victim of counterfeiting and the windows that i using is not a genuine how can you help me?

This means that the operating system on your laptop is a non licensed copy that cannot be registered to you. It is a bootleg copy of the software program. You cannot stop the pop up messages without purchasing a new operating system with a key code license and installing it on your laptop to get rid of the counterfeit version.

When i start my pc i get on screen that you are a victim of software counterfeiting problem

your windows is not geniune. But this problem does not effect you much. Yes it effects you in a way that you cannot install those softwares which requires genuine windows to be installed on the system. If you have not faced such a problem, then dont worry and enjoy using the windows :)

Sound driver for lenovo laptop and stuff

The Windows Operating System that is installed on your laptop is not an authorized version from Microsoft.
If you had purchased the laptop from a shop, take it back to them and ask for a genuine Microsoft CD. You will then need to reinstall Windows with this CD and the activate the license.
