Proscan 26in has a "no signal" message on the screen
I have a Proscan 26lb30QD 26in Flat screen that now has a message bouncing around that states "no signal" and the DVD will no longer pull in a DVD. I unfortunatly bought this from Circuit City and bought an extended warranty! Well I am not sure if their is some kind reset button or not but if you have seen this before I really appreciate help. The "no signal" message bounces around like a screen saver may work. Well if any expert may know the answer my 4 year old who watches DVD's on this unit would be so happy. - Thanks Reggie

You need to give a lot more information about the type of set-up youare using with your television. The type of components in the system, like dvd/vcr receiver etc. The type of signal connection you are usingto the television. Cable or satellite box or antenna. If all yourconnections are correct and you are using the remote control correctly. You may have a problem with the video input circuits of you televisionand you should call for PROSCAN customer support at this telephonenumber. 1-888-977-6722. You can also get customer support from theirwebsite. www.oncorpus.com. I hope this has helped you with your problem.
I have this model (ProScan 26LB30QD) and recently removed the base. There are 4 phillips head screws on the rear panel of the TV just above the base. Remove them, pull the TV from the base, and replace the screws in case you need to use the base in the future. I suspect the problem others are having is that they only removed 2 of the screws.
