I wrongly plug jensen jta 460 turntable to 220volt power outlet. Can it be repaired? What is the dc out put of th?s power adapter? Can I change this original adaptor with 220volt ac dc adaptor?

Depends on how big it is, probably not, either the transformer coils might be burnt, causing a short (did you see or smell magic smoke?), or the diodes might be burnt (did you see or smell magic smoke?) or capacitors might be blown (did you see or smell magic smoke?)

As far as a different adaptor, see my response to your other question:

Quinnybuzz carrycot adapters stuck

Hi Gillian

When the Dreami is removed from the chassis, if the adaptors come off with it then this will make it difficult to remove them from the Dreami. When removing the adaptors should remain in the chassis. It might be helpful to have someone help you if they seem to be a bit sticky. The Dreami can then be removed from the chassis leaving the adaptors in the chassis - the adaptors can then be removed from the chassis separately. Clean with a bit of furniture polish and a soft cloth to aid future use.

Remove hose adaptor for eureka maxima to replace with new one

We banged on the black rubbery part that holds the hard plastic adapter in place until the old adapter was broken into pieces then removed the pieces. The new adapter just simply snapped into the rubbery black connector piece. I then used a screw driver to scrape the gasket out of the old adapter and put it into the new one.

I have purchased a Crosley cr40 mini turntable which has a american ac adpater. I bought a universal adaptor and my record player started spinning but a small plume of smoke started coming from the plug...

It could be the adapter is just faulty, but you can't tell to you get power to the unit if any part has failed inside (most liklely the transformer if it has).
I found this step-down adapter on amazon which should do the trick, not expensive either.

My wireless adaptor seems to have disappeared from my PC. I can't see available networks and can't see the adaptor under hardware.

Download and install this driver-->click here to download
to open zip files use Winrar .

Save it to your desktop --->Double-click the ".EXE" file. Select "Run." Wait for the wireless adaptor driver to install-->plug in the adapter -->restart your computer.
Plug the wireless adapter in another usb port than the previous time.

My power adapter went up in smoke. The 800 number

Read the Voltage and Amperage values on the back of the Power Adaptor. They are most likely something like 5V 2.4A. (NOTE JUST AN EXAMPLE!)
Compare them to the values on the back of the TV that you are plugged the power adaptor into - are they the same? No? Get a new power adaptor from a RadioShack etc with the same values. The staff don't bite - just ask them to help.
Else, call a TV repair company.

Broken garden hose adaptor

We have the same pump and problems. I have attempted a few fixes with PVC sealant and hose clamps to the current adaptor, however the adapter is still continuing to crack. The adapter is removable- carefully so as to not damage the small eyelet it attaches to, (or in our case, it came off on it's own) and can be replaced by any adapter that fits- they can be found all over at lowes or home depot. I am personally going to try using a broken hose and clamping it directly to the eyelet. This is not a good reason to buy a new pump- they fix too easy!
