Question about LG RUMOR Cellular Phone
Can you help me
To unlock the phone, press the key on the right just under the screen, then enter your password (which by default on mine was the last 4 digits of my phone number). Hope this helps!

The six digit one is ALL 0's

6 digit number is a number that you can get by calling Customer Support of your provider. Usually, it takes time, but they can get it for you.
I could get into debug menu, but what should I do next?

@andrewevans1 the six digit one is not all 0's, at least not on my Sprint rumor 2.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

The LG Rumor is a Sprint CDMA device. This means that it is activated on a network using the Electronis Serial Number programmed into the device. Once the device is powered up, it registers to the network and if that ESN doesnt match an active acct, then no service, and you may get a message asking you to activate your device. Sim cards are only in GSM devices (not including nextel and a few devices that have been dubbed world phones, allowing them to work on both CDMA and GSM services.)
So, all this was to explain simply that you can never put a sim card in a LG Rumor. There is nowhere for it to go. SRY!!!!!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
