My sled you give it gas clutch works fine but the sled wont go over 25 mph it run fine starts right up but i am stumped on why it wont go. I can lift the sled up and floor it it studders for a second

If you have an overdrive transmission the direct drive clutch may not be releasing. Have the trouble codes read to see if the computer or a sensor is starting to fail.
Sounds exactly like a balancing issue. Check condition of tyres (including side walls) and get the wheels balanced. what fluid are you refering to and what's the difference between what you used to what you should've used?
First check your belt for signs of wear. The belt should ride flush on close to flush with the outside diameter of the rear pully, if it is deeper than 1/8 to 1/4 inch it may be to worn to work properly.
Then, with the sled on a stand and the hood up, rev it a few times and watch the clutch and rear pully. Does the cluch stick? Does the pulley release when there is no tension on it?
But sounds like the carbourator is dirty, Probably fouled with old gas varnish. When it is idling give it a little throttle, flip the choke on and then full throttle. If it goes full throttle and doesn't conk out, it is a fuel issue.
Try disconnecting the battery (both terminals and let set for a few hours) with ALL the accessorries on lights-heater-radio etc. This will draw all power from your system, then recconnect battery, it's worth a try even if it doesn't solve your problem. Bill
