Do an ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) between your PCs. With Windows, its under the Network Connections Icon on the Control Panel. It'll show your different ports, to different devices (ie. cables to other PCs, or internet) Give them IPs by right clicking their icon, select properties, then find TCP/IP and select properties again and making your own IP numbers. Then find your internet connection one, right click, select properties, then a VZaccess screen will appear, select advanced and the properties screen like the others will appear. Then click advanced and select the ICS option and which connections you want to share.

Is there anyway possible I can use my sprint wireless card on my ps3 by plugging it directly into the usb port on the ps3 for internet access?

No. Your PS3 does not the software loaded on it to run your wireless card. What you need is a 3g wireless router that is able to run your wireless card. Dlink makes a 3g wireless router.

Connect my ps3 to my mobile phone for internet access

You'll have to connect your computer to the Internet and then share that internet from the computer to the PS3. Hopefully this will get you started. You can google for guides. It's not hard but it will be a pain that first initial time.

Necessary equipment to create an Access Point using Sprint Card

Yes, you just need a Cradlepoint Router. The model you need just depends on the card you have. These routers convert your Sprint card to both Ethernet or WiFi internet that you can share with multiple computers / Wii / iPod Touch. See http://MoreMobileInternet.com/evdo-mobile-router to see the 4 routers plus how-to videos, and Sprint aircard compatability lists.

Sierra Wireless AirCard 595U And PS3

I understand that you want to connect the PS3 using the Wireless card and NETGEAR card. Please note that the setup you have will not work for internet access. You can not configure the Air card to work with NETGEAR router. you need to have wih a broadband connection available for this router to connect to internet.

Once you have the router configured with Internet access then you may either connect the PS3 wired or wireless to the router, like you connect a desktop or laptop to the router.

Sprint aircard 595U to belkin router model no# F5D7230-4

Try connecting the sprint card to your router's internet port. You will need a usb-to-ethernet adaptor, along with a networking patch cable, to connect the sprint card to the router.

Then either connect to the router with your two computers using cables, or wireless. If using wireless, you will need wireless adaptors for each of your computers, preferrably Belkin brand to ensure compatibity.

Staying connected to internet, using sprint 595 air card

If I were you, I would let your windows manage your wireless network on the computer with vista. Also you might, If you haven't already tried using your install new programs in the control panel, As long as you have the sprint software downloaded in your laptop windows should still recognize the wireless connection, Try letting windows manage it from the Network properties and there should be an option there that lets windows manage you network. try it see if that helps you out. If not write back here and let me know we can try another route. Sorry you having problems.
