Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have a Windows 7 dell vostro 3500. And Windows won't turn on. It keeps on starting again every time on its own. It didn't go pass the "start Window Normal"....

1st time-As soon as you start computer keep mashing as fast as you can (not hold down but constant presses) till you get to advanced boot option screen. There are options to choose from.
You will have to use your arrow keys and enter key (no mouse)
First use the safe mode option.(this is in case you are fighting a virus)
turn off repeat the start with f8 key presses till it gives you the advanced boot option screen again. choose last good configuration option. If it lets you it will take a bit of time to restore do not interrupt it while it is fixing its self.
Here is a picture of what the option screen should look like.
Here How to Access the Advanced Boot Options in Windows

My hp pavilion 9000 dragon notebook takes nearly 4 minutes to bootup

You need to check what is starting up with windows. Everything that is set to start with windows will slow down the boot time. Msconfig via the run command will allow you to deselect non essential services to speed up boot times.

How do i by pass the password beign used

You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CD which contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removal program. Click on one of these links to download HIREN'S BOOTCD :- http://www.hirensbootcd.net/ http://67.20.82.163/

SMART FAILURE PREDICTED ON HARD DISK 2 TOSHIBA MK2035GSS (S1) PRESS F1 TO CONTINUE. ON START UP COMPUTER GOES TO THIS SCREEN EVERY OPTION ON START UP OF F1 DOES NOT START WINDOWS AND COMPUTER RETURNS TO...

As I understand it, SMART is correct 50-60% of the time...means it's wrong 40-50% of the time.But..You can't take the risk, you have to assume something is wrong with your hard drive. So, i f you have important data there, go to a repair shop and they can save data from your hard drive and replace it, if necessary. If you want to solve it on our own, you need a boot cd with error checking. Any live boot cd with linux does that. Also, there are several live boot cds like Hiren's Boot, with rescue options.

Hi..
You nearly got it.....
Take the harddrive back out and format it on your tower, make sure it,s the right format, then place the harddrive back into the laptop and then install windows from your laptop..
Because if you install windows from your tower, your motherboard from your tower install the componants it needs to run from the windows disc, therefore it won,t run on your laptop because it,s a different motherboard...

Hope this helps...if it does please take the time to rate it,as i,ve taken the time the answer you..

My tv is about 2 years old. It just started burning old images into the screen and they slowly fade away but its very annoying.

Removing burn-in takes time. The best practice is to avoid creating the images.

Whatever the image is coming from has been left on screen for an extended period of time. The TV should be turned off or the source turned off when not watching.

You may find some relief by lowering your contrast (which I am suspecting is still at or near 100% as they come from the store). Bring contrast down to, say 60. Use brightness or backlight to brighten the screen if you think it is too dark with the contrast lowered. (Best picture quality is near 50, the center of the scale.)

Laptop cer travelmate 4000

Are you getting an error?

Try power draining it by taking out the battery and ac plug, then holding down the power button for 60 seconds. It may start up but this isn't a fix.

The freezing at windows sounds like a Spyware/Virus issue.

If there is no display at all, it's probly time to buy a new one.
You can send it in for repair but by the time you get the bill you probably should have just purchased a new one.
