TV will not display picture or sound except for 1 station which appears to be 440. I can't change the channel either at the dials or remote. The display says EAS.

DONT USE the remote that came with your TV

use the buttons on the box to change the channel. did the channel change?

usually when someone only has one channel its because they are changing the tv channel not the cable box channel

think of it like this:
the TV is a monitor and should always be on the same channel (3, 4, hdmi, or whatever) its actually the box that tunes and the tv always stays on the same channel.

so if you change the tv channel you are no longer watching the output of the cable box.

USE the remote supplied by your cable provider

Loss of sound

you can try changing the assigned should have to put the second T V on a certain channel like channel 72 or 68 or something like that.on the main reveiver you should go into the menu and poke around in the setting until you see a REMOTE ADDRESS option walk through the steps and change the channel that the second TV receives its picture on, you should shoot for channel 62-72.also make sure the hisense is set to a cable can go into the menu on the hisense and go to your settings and change this .it will be on CABLE or ANTENNA.try switching those around.also did you have sound before coming out of the coax output on the hisense? if your not sure then plug a vcr into and make sure the TV is working with different equipment.GOOD LUCK!
