Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
I just purchased a brand new Whirlpool Duet Sport washer and dryer set. As the manual suggests I tried to run an empty load the first time to remove any debris. The manual says to use half of the regular amount of high efficiency detergent and run on the Normal/Casual cycle. I followed these directions as written. The bottom of the drum filled with water, there was some clicking like when the washer is supposed to be switching between wash actions. However, the washer never spun. The water just sat there and then with 47 minutes left on the screen it completely turned off. I ran it twice more and the exact thing happened - even shutting off again at 47. I read through the troubleshooting section. The shipping bolts were removed when it was delivered. What else should I do?
