we have had a new server and since then the printer keeps jumping after 1st correct invoice therefore the data is in the wrong place.

Could you help me reset. i have tried all the buttons but the printer still keeps defaulting to the original settings.

This Problem has been added to the Share Your Expertise Page under "My Work Queue".

I have the same problem as listed above , my paper is fanfold 216mm wide and 279mm high . I can set to correct position for the first page , thereafter it jumps position and starts printing lower down on the next page , seems like no matter what I try for settings the printer will pick up page 2 onwards as A4 .

Any wonderkids out there ?

I deal with these printers on a daily basis and this sounds to me like the cogs are damaged.

Have a look at that and see how far you get.
