Question about Dell Wireless Keyboard Optical Mouse w0147
I have a dell logitech wireless keyboard that in the middle of a word stopped responding to all keys. So I changed the batteries..pushed the connect button on the keyboard and the transmitter and nothing happens. Is there a specific sequence or time to hold them? I have also turned the PC off and back on and still nothing. Any ideas?
Check the cabling from transmitter unit to the back of your pc, unplug and plug the cable back in, perhaps to another USB port. When you do the connect button I have always down the transmitter first and then the device, like they keyboard or mouse. Make sure the batteries you used work. If you have another computer you could try it as a test.
