Question about Xerox DocuColor 12 Color Copier
Hi, I don't know if it is the EX12 Fiery because I connected another fiery, but it is the Fiery X12e and not the Fiery EX12 I use for the copier. I wasn't able to add the x12 fiery as a network printer for some reason. Since the computers where not able to find it, I used the menu buttons on the Fiery X12e to do a test print, but nothing printed. Very strange. What do you think it can be? Thanks, Keith
Could be a few things, the ips pwb in the machine might be faulty, which can cause these types of issues, a driver issue woth the video boards on the fiery, or other pwbs on the machine itself. You would have to run the machine for a while on another fiery to make sure no other faults occur before condemning the machine or the fiery
