The GPX ML648B comes with software that will convert many video file formats to .AMV, which is required to play video on the device. To access the software:
1. Connect your USB cable to the player and your computer.
2. Press the power button on the MP3 player to switch the unit to MSC transfer mode.
3. A new window will open, or you can access the MP3's file system under My Computer. Run the file "Setup.exe"
After the software installs, you can access the AMV file converter through Windows start menu's newly created "MP3 Player Utilities" folder. The converter will automatically transfer any files you convert to your MP3 player.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

you have to have on your computer windows media player, then download your music into a foulder named music in my documents, that way when you open the media player the music should show in that program, then select sync on the bar and drop the music into the right side colum where said sync list then select sync at the bottom of that list of songs, of course you have to plug your device into the computer for this. good luck, it work if you do the correct thing.

I wonder if it is against the rules to tell you how to do that... hmmm oh well XD
You can find movies to download using free P2P programs such as limewire, or utorrent.
utorrent, however, is just a program for torrent to become active.
You must use a torrent to load onto the program to get the movie you are looking for.
Here is one site that host torrents: "mininova.org"
With limewire... the search for videos is easier but i would suggest an older version than Limewire 5
There are a number of sites for viewing and download movies but for the best collection of them i would suggest this site: "ovguide.com"
If you need help adding the movies to your mp4 player, please don't hesitate to ask me ^^
Hope this helps, <(^_^)>
