Question about Insignia IS-LCDTV32 32 in. Television
And I have the blinking green light.
My wife was zapped when she turned the tv off.
Can I fix by replacing the power supply?
Some people I contacted said it has faulty capacitors that need to be relaced. Available at radio shack.
