Driver for windows 7 for Kodak easyshare c813

You may download Kodak software here.
You don't really need a driver. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

Camera works fine but when i plug the wire into computer to load pictures onto the computer the camera goes dead and the computer doesnt even reconize the fact that it is plugged in ... augh ... please...

Hi,
I highly recommend that you instead consider using a card reader to move the photos or videos to your computer. Card reader's do not require software (although Windows 98 and earlier may require drivers), are very inexpensive, are much faster downloading files from the camera, do not use the camera's batteries during the download, and are much less prone to file corruption of the photos during the download.
Really, it would be better for the camera user if one of these was included with the camera instead of the cable and bundled software.

You place the camera's card in the reader, plug the reader into the USB port, and your computer sees it as a hard drive. You simply copy/paste or drag/drop your photos onto your hard drive. For this simplicity, most professional photographers utilize card readers exclusively. You'll save yourself a lot of heartache if you convert to using one of these. Also make sure that you get a reader that is clearly stated capable of reading your card, particularly if you use SDHC, XD, CF, or MS cards.

Thank you!

Picture transfering.

More than likely, a driver floppy or CDRom came with your camera, right? And like most people, you may have been 'forced' to swallow MSoft patches the 2d Tue of every month, right? Well, sometimes their patches overwrite YOUR stuff and render the drivers useless - unless you reinstall them again. ow, depending on your Camera, you will either do this BEFORE you try and connect the camera, or AFTER. Read the instr manual to see. Also, the latest pushes might also render Kodaks old (as shipped) drivers useless, so nip over to Kodak.com and get the latest ones! ;-)

Remember to check if you install/update BEFORE or AFTER connecting camera for first time.

Sanyo VPC-s500 i cant get it to install drivers or find them so i can upload pictures to my computer

The simple solution to this problem is that no drivers are required. This camera is treated as a removable (secondary) drive just as if it was a USB thumb drive or external hard drive.
First go to settings on the camera by rotating the dial to the wrench icon.
Turn the camera on and select Set-Up 2
Select USB
Select PC
Your camera is now ready to use with your computer.
Now plug your camera into your computer and check under My Computer for the drive to show. You can now copy files over to your computer from the camera.
If the drive isn't showing you'll have to go into Disk Management to view it
Disk Management is under Administrartive Tools located in your Control Panel (or Start Menu if you have it set to show there)
Select Administrative Tools
Computer Management
On the left hand side click Disk Management (or on the right click Storage then Disk Management)
Finally you can now Right Click the cameras drive and chose Open
