You should try putting an 110 volts adapter on your charger.

My GBA SP wont charge

The lead or plug on your charger may be cracked. I have a SP charger but it has a bit of the plastic cracked off and has to be in a certain position to work properly. Otherwise you will need a new battery.

My G.B.A system does not power up

Exactly.
Same thing happened to me.
I got the blue one.
The problem is your battery has ran out if energy and the adapter/charger is done out of power with the inputs. So get a new adapter/charger and charge it for like 1 day.

Battery keeps loosing charge- kymco cruiser 125, 2005

I had this exact same problem on a hipster 125, it was a faulty regulator module ( mounted under the seat) I also found a short circuit (somewhere) in the wiring loom between the regulator output and the chassis (probably what killed the regulator in the first place!) I cut and replaced the entire wire to save removing most of the loom and after testing reg to ensure it was dead i fitted a new one (about £60) bike charges and runs like a dream now even with fully lights approx 80% of the time. good luck

The unit doesn't charge or either orange light is not lighted

You probably need to get a new battery. After a certaint amount of usage, the battery loses it's charging capacity.
Try buying a new one at http://www.calcellular.com/ntd-ba-sp.html
