I have a similar problem. Here's what I have found out: Generation 2 is no longer in business. If all you are needing is the screws to put it together (meaning you have all the plastic slide pieces for the side that goes down then you are in luck. All of the screws and nuts can be found at your local hardware store (I got mine at Ace Hardware in the nuts and bolts section in a drawer for furniture stuff). The exact nuts and bolts should be listed under the solid base for the mattress. Just copy those down and head to the hardware store. If you cannot find them there, then call Products America at 1-800-205-9642. They have all the hardware but it will cost you around $40 ($30 more than at the hardware store). If you are missing any of the plastic slide pieces for the side that moves (as I am), you are out of luck. Gen 2 patented those and took the patent with them (they will not alloy anyone to make their patented pieces). If any of you end up not using your crib and want to sell the plastic pieces, please contact me at I will buy them.

have toddler bed, but no hardware. I'm off to the Home Depot - thanks!

I got the toddler bed from a friend and they could not find the hardware. I also tried to call, no luck. I looked them up on the net and had no luck there either. My product number is a little different tho. It's 84-8802. It's all wood. If anyone finds a contact number I would love to have it. Thanks!

You should not attempt to buy hardware to reassemble the crib. Gen 2 has had recall problems with their products. One of the ways a recall is performed is to have the customer send the hardware to the company instead of the whole assembly, rendering it useless. If you received one without hardware, it was probably recalled.

I have a toddler bed by Jardine Enterprises. Model TB-08W. I need to find replacement screws and don't know where to look.

I just got a phone number for Jardine Enterprises 1-800-295-1980. Because that model is discontinued (I have the exact same bed and same problem) they will send you a list of the parts that are needed and you can go to a local hardware store and purchase the pieces. Hope that helps

Simplicity 4 in 1 Crib combo

Take the matress out and look in the envelope attached to the frame which should have your directions in it. If you didn't put them here, it is pretty simple. You have two options but you need to have the extra screws and parts that came with it to make the modification.
1) there is a 'day bed' option that requires two short pieces of wood for each end. Remove the front adjustable wall along with all the slider hardware. Make sure the bed is at the lowest point and screw the wood pieces into the holes directly above the bed frame spot and to the point under the bed with the metal spacers provided. (You need 2 long screws and 1 short screw and 1 wood piece per side to make the day bed option.
2) to use the back piece as a headboard, remove the back piece and replace the back right post of the drawer stand with extra board provided. Add the brackets and your purchased frame.
