I wan telus as my home page and cannot get it

On which browser?
Chrome: Open setting, with settings the second choice (On Start up) click the third option (Open a specific or set of pages. Set Pages) Click on Set Pages. Now, here you should have a predetermine page already set up. If that is the case, roll the mouse over the link, and an X should be display at the end of the link, click it, this will delete the home page. Now just add the Telus home page.
Firefox: On the Firefox browser is open, click on the far right, the horizontal lines, a new panel opens, click on Preference, in the Homepage box just type the Telus website.
Now that you the idea, you can try the same method with others browser.
On your next question, please make sure not leave out the details.

It tells me there is a problem with web site and FB isn't responding. I'm on the net already and have my home pages pulled up.

HI Michael,

Looks like corrupted cookies. Try deleting them and then try to access FB. Please follow the steps below:
1. Click Start Menu> All Programs> Accessories> RUN or press Windows Key (the Flag key on bottom of the keyboard) and press R
2. It will open the RUN command, type "%temp%" (without quotes) and hit Enter key
3. It will open the Temp files folder, delete all the files in there and restart the computer.

Now try to access the FB, it should be working now.

Thanks!

My computer will say ''not responding''.

It can happen when the computer is busy executing other programs or the CPU usage is more due to multiple application running at the same time. The best way to resolve this issue is Upgrade the memory on your system. You can also try to disable the startup applications from system configuration.

Press the Windows key and letter "R" on your keyboard

It will open the run windows

Type "msconfig"

Click ok

In the system configuration window select the Starup tab

Click on disable all

Click apply

Click OK or Close

Restart the computer
