Question about Printers & Copiers

1 Answer

Tattoo machine no longer powering up

I've set up my machine with pedal on left output and pronged cord on right input. Hooking red up on left outlet on machine, black on right (or ground I assumed). It worked the other day for the few minutes I warmed it up. I've done work with it, under ten tattoos but probably close to five hours of work. Now the display works, the knob adjusts the output, the pedal still clicks when pressed, the red light by the adjustment knob on the machine lights up when the prongs are inserted into the machine (completing the circuit I thought) but now power is being sent to the machine. Where am I, in my juvenile ignorance, going wrong?

You may have to adjust the contact screw so it can put contact threw the coils so it works or just kinda give the machine a good jolt when u are steping on the foot pedal i had that problem a couple weeks ago cheap contact screws burn up and constantly need adjusting
