When I login to net nanny it freezes

When ever i log in it freeze and i have to close it.

Try Googling that question on a computer without Net Nanny on it and print off the method according to which version of Net Nanny you have.

You can find the version by going into the Net Nanny program, clicking 'Help' and reading the 'About' information.

proabably a threat try your system in safemode by restart your system press F8 continously u can see a advanced start up options select safe mode and login if system restarts while loading the file means missing of system files. After successful logging in safe mode

disable all



now boot it in a noraml mode

after doing this scan your system with good antivirus also update your device drivers

I have a new iMac, just installed Net Nanny, and now all the user accounts that are monitored will not access secure servers. The two admin users have no problems. Does anyone know why this might happen?

NetNanny prevents monitored users from accessing secure (https) sites. If you wish to turn this off follow this excerpt from the long, winding NetNanny FAQ:

How do I stop getting blocked for HTTPS?

Login to Net Nanny and click on Web and then on Advanced and uncheck the box next to Block Secure Web Sites.

Yahoo login keeps freezing

Does this only happen when logging into Yahoo? A good first step is to clear out your temporary files and cookies.

In Internet Explorer, click Tools and then click the first option, "Delete browsing history." You don't have to delete everything on the list that appears, but make sure to delete cookies and temporary Internet files. Then close the browser and restart your PC and see if the problem persists.
