If the Mac is saying everything you do it is because the "Voiceover" options for handicapped people is set to "ON."
Quick fix: Hold down the apple key (the one next to the space bar) and hit the F5 key. This toggles Voiceover on an off.
The detailed way which allows you access to set all handicapped preferences:
1. Go to and open Preferences. 2. Choose "Speech." 3. Click on "Text to Speech." 4. Click on "Open Universal Access Preferences." 5. Click on "Seeing" if it is not already selected. 6. Under "Voiceover" check the circle by "OFF"

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
