then choose product then... where it says select subcategories... select print drivers
Is the machine a digital machine? If so there is a slight chance that the reason for the problem is that the mirrors are dirty under the copy glass. Remove glass and using glass cleaner on a soft cloth clean mirrors. Do not remove mirrors........
Clean copy glass and replace. If problem still there poss developer change or drum unit but most common is optic section. Also clean a **** glass in the machine. Open the door and you will notice a glass rod sticking out just above the drum unit. Remove clean and reinstall.
the problem is with the smaller glass on the left.
Lift the top and look at the small glass on the left, is there a dot, whiteout, dirt etc... on there? that is what's making your lines. clean with alcohol or mild cleanser.
first you press the exposure key and select the manual exposure mode then press and hold exposure key for 5 seconds when it blinks select the position to dark and press exposure key again,try to make the copy if no defrence ,select the photo mode and press and hold the exposure key again select the dark position by dark exposure key and press exposure key again.check the copy if again no difference change the DEVELOPER
