I have a new giga ware webcam with built in mic, that is not installing on my windows xp system. It keeps telling me that the hardware can not be installed properly.
Uninstall the camera program
then unplug cam from pc and reinstall with cd and don't plug cam in until asked
if does'nt instruct to plug cam then after software install restart plug in cam on restar

Hi, I think you will need to run the Dell restore disk, install the orriginal drivers and use the dell system to bootup then load the drivers the ASUS drivers then close the system, install the new card and then bootup. on doing this there will be resident drivers for the new card and it should work fine, then delete the orriginal drivers.
