Sony KP-46WT500 46 in. Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television

I have a conv. issue. i replaced the whole "D" board still the conv. problem is still there. i need to know what the controls are in the service menu are to do my conv. of the 3 colors.

If the D board didnt correct the convergence issue the problem has got to be the wave generator on the A board or possibly the Velocity boards themselves that are bad.

The 9 blinks is caused by failed zero cross diodes you can get the repir kit for that issue which includes the diodes nd the CD with repair instructions from www.tvrepairworld.com the kit is listed under the Sony Repair kits catagory.

thats caused by failed zero cross diodes on the G board. You can get the G board repaired from www.tvrepairworld.com replacement boards are no longer available for that model.

Any issue with no sound are all going to be centered on the A board since all audio processing is on the A board. It could be one of many items on that board, often its better to just replace the A board. They are available from www.tvrepairworld.com if you want to replace the A Board.

I'm looking for the correct part number for a Sony kp-51ws520 bulb (lamp) assembly .

The television you describe is a conventional projection color television, IT DOES NOT use a lamp. IT has three picture tubes that are not user serviceable. If the tv does not start it's probably an issue with the G-board.

Ur tv have a problem known as convergence problems.Ur tv convergence board must have it 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all it resistors to be replaced to solved convergencce problems.The shop will cost u $300-350 for parts and labors.
