Question about Viking VESO105 Electric Single Oven
Hi, I have an older Eaton Viking electric oven that works fine but I have been unable to use the self-clean function as I do not know the sequence of instructions to set it to start. Any help would be appreciated.
ps the model I input was only option, it is an older model oven that does not have touch buttons, it has dials with pictures of locks

set both knobs the temperature and the bake broil to the lock mode, set the time such as 3 to 4 hrs I think and hit start. You should then here the oven begin to lock.

The "Self Clean" will run for quite a while up to 4 hours I believe, during this time, the stove heats up to about 900 degrees!! and during this time the Door is automatically closed via special locks. It will allow you to open once it is finished, it should "Signal" this event.
