hello, i have an mp3 player and an imac computer. i can get it to recognise the device but nothing happens when i put songs into it, someone told me i had to reconfigure it, and i tried doing what they said through disk utility but now my mp3 player just says "disk error" have you any suggestions? sorry to bother you.

certainly,if you're using itunes that wiill automatically set it back to factory settings for you,if not,just download it,which will make it compatableif you're using vista,if not just go to i tunes dot com and down load the file...hope this helps.
