Question about Apple iPod touch
I have an 8 gig apple ipod touch 2nd gen, i have a DIR-628 router, my prob is that the ipod won't get wifi, it shows my network on the touch as 1 i can choose from but everytime i put in the password from my router i can't connect to internet. Can any1 out there help me and get this darn thing workin?
Go to settings.. click Wifi and add it manually .. you must be knowing your Ports and IP of your router.. it will fix trust me

Change the routers security settings or reset the router. This may or may not work. Some types of security won't work with the iPod, not sure what type but this may be your problem (change to WEP, WAP etc etc...see which one works)

Your router is blocking the iPod Touch from using the wireless. Go into your router settings (depends on your router) and find the security or firewall for the wireless page. You will need to enter in the MAC address of the iPod Touch (found in Settings>General>About - it is labeled as Wi-Fi address).
