Question about Sony Ericsson W910i Cellular Phone
This happened to me as well - about 2 months after i'd gotten the phone. i called the store where i bought it and they said it was happening to others and the manufacturer would replace it under the one year warranty. the store gave me the phone number (which i no longer have, or i would share it with you). i called and had a new phone w/in days. they sent a pre-paid label for me to send the defective phone back. i took the new phone back to the store before mailing back the old one and they transfered all my info (contacts, etc). any ringtones or games are lost w/the new phone though. i've had the replacement phone for 6 months and no problem w/keys cracking.
