Question about Sony Ericsson W910i Cellular Phone
I have a w580i phone and the keys are ALL cracked as well as the # key no longer works. I was told by AT&T, where I bought the phone that this was a manufacturers defect and that I would be able to get a replacement phone. How do I go about doing this?
You can buy your sony phone parts on cellspare.com

If you have insurance on the phone you call them to submit a claim, pay $50.00 and get a refurbished phone. Or you can order replacement keys and replace yourself. My 15 year old son has had this problem and we have fixed it 2 times with parts from his sisters old phone and replacement keys we found on ebay.
