Re: Front vent fell off
This should be a very easy fix. I assume you are talking about the plastic vent grill on the top of the oven above the door. There should only be a couple of screws holding it in from the top. The grill then should tilt out from the top first then from the bottom to remove. Since you said that it had fallen off, it sounds like the tabs where the screw holes are have broken off. This is a common problem. You can buy the part by ordering from the manufacturer, or from most repair websites. All you need is the model number from the microwave. Good luck.

The cooktop light bulb(s) is(are) located on the underside of the microwave oven, and is(are) replaceable. Remove bulb cover screw, and open the bulb cover. Replace bulb, close bulb cover, and secure with screw. Cavity light: The cavity light bulb is located behind the vent grille at the top front of the microwave oven, under the bulb cover, and is replaceable. Remove 2 screws on the vent grille, tilt the grille forward, and lift it out. Open bulb cover and replace bulb. Close bulb cover, replace vent grille, and secure with screws.

I cannot determine from your description what part it is you exactly need.
This is a link to Sears Parts and you make and model
Look through the diagrams.
As for price and delivery... that's up to Sears
1. Unplug Oven 2. Unscrew 2 screws on top front of oven 3. Pull of front vent (might need a little force the first time but not to much or you will crack plastic) 4. Unscrew screw facing you near the front that is attached to metal plate on bottom of opening behind the vent. 5. Pull out metal plate (box) carefully not to damage any wires. 6.Bulb is in this metal box, pull out old one and press the new one's prongs into holes (be careful and gentle the bulb breaks easily, don't try to pull it back out to see if it's all the way in or you will most likely pull a prong out of the bulb) just firmly press bulb into place. 6. Screw metal plate back in place. 7. Plug in oven and test bulb. 8. Unplug oven again and put vent back on with the 2 screws. 9. Plug in, set clock and your done.
The first time I opened it up was to look for the bulb. The vent needed a little pulling to come off. The second time (to put in new bulb) it came off easier and whole thing took about 5 minutes. Hope this helps. Just in case: I am not a professional nor claim to be. This is based on my own experience. Yours may differ. Unless you feel totally comfortable you should contact a licensed electrician or an authorized service agent.
The light bulb is behind the air vent at the center top of the microwave. Remove two screws at the very top front of the microwave and pull the vent cover forward at the top. Sliding left is sometimes necessary to release the bottom tabs of the vent cover. The light fixture will be behind this cover.
Good Luck. Reverse the above process to reassemble.
Remove two screws on top at front in order to remove plastic front vent
grill. Then the door lifts off pin hinges. Lay door flat on surface.
Plastic trim snaps off with gentle prying (start at bottom middle and
bottom hinge side). Then remove six screws holding notched metal
section with door latch. This piece will also snap out (several visible
clips holding it around edges). Then remove door handle screws, Replace
handle and reverse process to put back together.
this microwave oven slides out of its casing. here's how: first shut the power to the unit by the breaker from your main panel. on the mw oven remove the underneath rightside vent filter. unplug the large white connector that you see in through where the filter was . Dont break it. its locked and keywayed. next remove the top front plastic horizontal louvered front vent by one phillips screw on each end of the vent left and right. then remove the next two phillips screws you see under where the vent screws were. then remove the 3 shoulder screws underneath the front edge of the case bottom then slide that piece of **** oven out of its casing. I'm sure you will know what to do next. Good luck!!
The front plastic bezel on the door does not provide any shielding from the microwave energy inside the cooking compartment. As long as that is the ONLY damage and you haven't compromised the door, door frame or protective gasketing around the door opening then you should be safe.
I had a tension rod break in my door as well. There are two of them that cross forming an X and you can see them when you open the door and look in the crack. Fixing them is very easy once you get the outer panel w/ glass and the black molded plastic piece off. WARNING, when you open the door there are two screw on the inside top part of the door assembly. THEY ARE THE ONLY TWO SCREWS HOLDING THE ENTIRE FRONT PANEL/GLASS ASSEMBLY IN PLACE. I found this out the hard way. When the 2nd screw disengaged the whole assembly came crashing down shattering the glass and nearly cut off my toe. Be very careful when taking off the outside panel!!!
Next challenge...the black molded piece that also needs to come off. To remove this take off the piece that surrounds the exhaust tube to get at two screws that are directly underneath the molded plastic piece. After getting that off you have access to the two rod and can get them installed without to much trouble.
Again, be very careful when removing the front panel. My repair went from an 18 dollar tension rod to a $200 dollar front panel and nearly cost me a toe (yes, I was barefoot).
