Plug it in and charge the battery. You should be able to turn it on while it is charging by pressing the power button. If it doesn't respond right away try holding down the power button until it turns on (well, at least 10 seconds or so). It is possible that the battery lost it's charge completely, but that's unlikely unless you have run it dry multiple times.
