Problem for Motorola RAZR V3
Keypad frozen

I have the same problem as Antonio770 and a couple of others. No trauma or abuse to phone, but suddenly frozen and only occasional action from the keypad, but not reproducible, and always wrong. Will answer a call if closed, but unable to answer a call if open when it comes in.
Someone suggested a flash file solution but no instructions. Would really appreciate more info. Thanks.

I'm not sure if flashing the firmware will solve your problem or not, but it seems to be a likely solution. Here is a link to a very good site on how to do that with a V3
