Re: shows white lines after the pic is taken with kodak...
Check your lens. Clean with soft cloth they sell at most camera stores. If this does not resolve. You should bring it back to the store if its only 3 months they will give you hassle but its worth if for working camera
a 6ya Expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

HAVE YOU TRIED USING ANY OF THE OTHER SETTINGS ON THE CAMERA IN THE DAYTIME? I.E., LIKE IN MOTION, LOW LIGHT, BEST SETTING, ETC. ARE THEY ALL THE SAME?DO THE LINES SHOW UP ON THE LCD DISPLAY? SOUNDS LIKE A PROBLEM WITH THE DAYLIGHT SENSORS INPUTING BAD INFO TO THE CAMERA. HAVE YOU TRIED THE ALMOST WORTHLESS KODAK CUSTOMER SERVICE WEBSITE? THIS SOUNDS LIKE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CAMERA THAT IS ONLY HAPPENING DURING DAYLIGHT EXPOSURE.
Hello. We konw someone sell Kodak V803/V1003 LCD on ebay. Please visit the following link or search item number 320277003613 on ebay. Thank you http://cgi.ebay.com/KODAK-V803-V1003-REPLACEMENT-LCD-DISPLAY-REPAIR-PART_W0QQitemZ320277003613QQihZ011QQcategoryZ64352QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
unfortunately it would appear to be a CCD or main board failure.
If the camera is out of warranty (as this should be covered) my best suggestion is to pick up one off ebay with a broken screen and put your screen in it, broken screens are common on these cameras so they go quite cheaply, far cheaper than kodak would charge for repair and the swap is easy.
There are several searchs to try "parts v1003" "spares v1003" "Faulty v1003" "repair v1003"
