I've had this Samsung HC-P4752W for just over two years. Today turned it off and went outside, came in an hour later and turned it on and the colors were blurred, for instance when viewing text it looks as if the text was broken into three distinct colors, the most obvious was green. I first tried auto focus and it didn't help, so I turned the T.V. off, still didn't help, so I unplugged it and plugged it back in, still didn't help and then it just went out, could smell something burning. Any help in a direction or advice into getting this fixed is much appreciated, thanks

Re: T.V. blurred then died
You will need to replace or have the main convergence amp board replaced or have the main amp ICs replaced. i you have no electronic experience with printed circuit boards, play it safe and call in a pro to assist you with this repair. Good Luck

Burned out? How? Depending on the age of the TV, there are two boards, possibly a third if it's a later model. The most likely culprit is the PWR & DEFL board - P/N BP94-01266a, and it's readily available for around $150, but before you order it, tell us more.....Do you have sound, etc.
if youre having convergence issues with your samsung HC-P4752W you need to replace both convergence ICs numbers STK392-010 they are available at the following link and they provide free instalation instructions with pics so you can do the repair your self and they also give free tech support in case you need extra help. Its an easy repair takes about an hour from start to finish, Changing the convergence board wont help as the Convergence ICs are located on the sub deflection board and thats about 400 to replace the board compared to 50 to replace the ICs. Heres the link. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
What might be happening is that your convergence is out of adjustment. Before removing the Convergence ICs try to adjust your convergence either from the onscreen adjustment (see your owners manual) or by using a signal generator (if you have one). I am against this "lets start swapping parts out" craze that has become the norm because you never fix the cause of your problem just the symptoms. I would suggest trying to adjust the convergence first.
im sorry for this not being a solution, but I have the exact same issue Jose. It just happened 3 days ago. When I run auto focus it says check factory default settings. Will replacing the 2 CI's help cure this problem.
Similar problem, then about 2 weeks later the SD convergence went out.
Changes convergence Amps,,,
Now I'm trying to learn what 2 red flashes mean now when I try to power it up,,, it flashes twice then shut down into standby mode,,, I got no picture after installing STK392-040 chips, thinking about trying another set as atleast I had blury picture before. No solder shorts of opens that I can find. TV has always been a pain,,, locking up once in a while such that you can't change modes,,,
