Could you tell me how do i get the pump out to check for blockage please
At the back of your machine there is a plate at the bottom . Removeit and the pump is on your right. The machine does have a filter which may be blocked rather than the pump. The filter is located in the pipe which runs from the pump to drum at the drum end.
Hope this helps, do post back if more info needed.

Unscrew and remove lower rear cover of washer.
On the bottom right hand side, you will see the pump located, it has 2 hoses going to it.
Remove both hoses, unplug wires going to it, and slide the pump to the left, it may or may not have a fixing screw at bottom, remove pump and check.
If you need to check the filter, then remove large black hose going to bottom of tub, remove plastic filter ,and clean
Refit filter and hose, and test.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.
