My synthesia dosent work in the learning pack

You are never too young to learn how to program, there are even researches that are saying kids should start learning to program as early as kindergarten. There are programs like Scratch that teach kids the basics of program that can be built on later. A lot of games that work on logic and games will be the best for him to learn from because if he finds it fun he'll more likely stick with it.

go to start/ add and remove programes and uninstall sp1 and see what happens.

You don't specify your brand of computer or what you were trying to do. Go to that website and find your model under products. Download the user guide and you should find a specific answer.

well connect it to itunes, and reformat that should do it. If it dosent do the trick then try and restart your ipod

Easiest solution is to uninstall and reinstall the software

First, make sure your computer has been updated to at least Windows XP Service Pack 1....Service Pack 2 is even better. You can check this by right-clicking on my computer and selecting Properties from the menu. If you're using Service Pack 1 or earlier...it would be a good idea to run through the Windows Update process a few times.

Try downloading a new Scan Wizard file from this page on the MicroTek web site. When you do the install, it should remove any previous drivers and clean things up.

If this doesn't help, try to find the Windows Scanner and Camera Wizard...usually located under Start>All Programs>Accessories. It may work even if the MicroTek software doesn't.

usally xp dosent need mouse to get installed . windows xp i sdesigned for supporting all human interface dvices like keyboard and mouse .. normal xp other than service pack 2 need some drivers . check whether the set up program is designed for windows xp . if not right click propertiess of .exe file go to comaptability there u acn find run this program comaptabile for 98 ,nt , me etc sect the driver version and install

You need to dig around and find the program (likely running all the time and in the system tray in the lower right hand corner) that controls the power settings, and turn off all of the learning switches, or anything called "SMART" something. After doing this, run the laptop on battery all the way down until it shuts itself off, then plug it in and recharge it fully, and then continue as normal. UNINSTALLING the power management program from CONTROL PANEL -> ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS should also work.
