Question about Jabra GN 9120 Midi-boom Microphone-Headset Bluetooth
I have a GN9120 DECT/GAP with a new battery pack. It Loads fine (blinking green LED) but in spite of staying green, the LED gets black after appx. 20 minutes and I cannot synchronize the headset with the DECT base station, the headset gives no noise, the red LED on the headset does not blink or anything. It look like it is completely dumb and dead. Is there any way to reset the headset? Does anyone have an idea that could point me to a solution ?
I solved this over the weekend: I found out, that the GN9120 comes with slightly differing battery sizes. I had to push the contacts deeper inside the housing so they got in touch with the new battery again. I used a very small flat screwdriver to achieve that. You have to be careful not to destroy anything surrounding.
This was an easy solution to a stuoid problem, but the contacts are barely visible in the inside of the GN9120 so i needs to have the idea to search for that as the source of trouble,
