I bought this coffee pot and within three months had to replace the pot. I had the new pot about four months and it leaks again. I called yesterday and replacing the pot is about $20 with shipping. I will not ever purchase any of these products due to the poor customer service. Their coffee pot is terrible. I am sorry, the gasket around the inside of the pot leaks within just months of use. Does not matter if the coffee is hot or cold. I have tried hot and cold water and it still leaks.

I need a new cup for my coffe maker!

If you mean the carafe, you're out of luck getting the original. A company called focus electrics handles replacement parts for this brand. Their parts page for this model lists nothing at all.

If you need a new carafe because yours is leaking, join the club. This seems to be a pretty common problem. You can try tightening the screws holding the gasket to the bottom.

If you don't mind losing the one-hand dispensing feature, you might try a universal replacement carafe which may fit. These are usually found with the coffeemakers at retail stores. Or you can buy a new coffeemaker. Sometimes the difference in price between parts and a new machine is pretty small.

Good luck, and thanks for using Fixya!

Water leaks out from underneath coffee maker

Well they don;t give these away for sure. Lets see if we can help you out. ? are you over filling it.This happened to me because I was reading the fill line wrong. {got new glasses} . If not may be you could try makeing less. But if only 1/2 cup comes out and no more, that wouldent indacate a leak in the tank, if there was it would all leak. Try backing off on the coffie and water, and see if it still leaks. if it does get back to me. DFD

Our Bunn was a gift and it has a leak. The tank leaks out from under the maker. It always has and we have to keep a towel around it.

It sounds like you have a defective seal/gasket. If you will get the model and date code from the bottom of the brewer and contact customer service, your brewer can be replaced. If the machine is 3 years old or less, it will be replaced at no cost. If it is over 3 years old, it will be replaced at a reduced price.

I finally found the phone number for Back to Basics, and they said they re-designed it and sent me a new carafe free of charge. It lasted for a couple months and it's doing the same thing. You can continue to use it. My husband says the metal expands and contracts, so if after it brews you pour it into a coffee container before the heater turns off, you can still use it. It only leaks after the coffee cools and the metal contracts. Hope this helps. Here's the phone number. We all need to call and I'll call again as well. 866-290-1851 The model number is: CA0307

Well, I see this is an old posting but I have a CC500 with a leak problem and it's only a few months old. Upon removing the screws which hold the seal housing on the underside of the carafe, I found a small crack in the plastic seal surface around the hole. I am going to repair the crack with superglue but have no faith that this will stop the leak. I searched the internet for a replacement carafe and haven't been able to find one. I suspect this unit will hit the garbage can as no generic carafe would work with this unit. Sorry, I think the solution is to purchase another coffee maker.
