SOURCE: The heated dry and clean lights flash together
I had this same problem. I read on another blog that the manual recommends that you turn the power off to dishwasher. When you turn the washer back on, the lights still flash but then push the off button. The lights stopped flashing.

Hi
Open the door.
Within 3 seconds press the following sequence --Try pressing normal wash,
heated dry, normal wash, heated dry, normal wash, heated dry three times within
6 seconds and then press cancel to reset the dishwasher. If that doesn't help
then try pressing Saini
Rinse, Heated Dry, Saini Rinse, Heated Dry, Saini Rinse, Heated Dry or Saini Rinse, Air
Dry, Saini
Rinse, Air Dry, Saini
Rinse, Air Dry 3 times in 6 seconds and then the Cancel Button. Close the door
and press Cancel.
Blinking lights would stop and should be able to use your dishwasher normally.
If the light is still blinking try and reset the power to the dishwasher and
try again. If still the light is blinking then check for the connections on the
keypad, it may be due to moisture or shorted connections on keypad.
Hope this
helps... Please post back if you need more information.

Hello, welcome to FixYa.
I'll start by saying the "2" in the display when you press cancel is normal. If you allow it to complete it should initiate the drain before you press cancel the second time.
Initially It sound's like a fill valve or stuck float assembly, though there are many possible scenarios that can include a heating element or a control board, so I'll need to clarify the unit will indeed complete the cancel if you do not push it the second time and if it does complete the cancel will it then in turn start a new cycle ?
Let me know what you find or if you can add any further details and I'll try to help moving forward any way I can. Good luck.
Thanks for visiting FixYa.

Hi
If clean light is blinking then it may be an issue
with heater circuit, door switch or wash pump, please reset the
power to the dishwasher. After, 5 minutes check if you are still getting the
same error. If yes, then it is a water heating fault. To resolve this error try
pressing this reset sequence-- Heat Dry - Normal - Heat Dry - Normal or High
Temp - Air Dry - High Temp - Air Dry or Hi Temp Scrub, energy saver dry, Hi
Temp Scrub, energy saver dry. Now let the unit run for 2-3 minutes and
then you press the Cancel/Drain button and allow it to completely drain and
reset. If this doesn't work then it's an issue with the wash pump not pumping
the water past the heater efficiently or due to lack of water to heat. Please
make sure that heater is not open circuited and is heating the water
efficiently. You'll have to check the heater using a multimeter; the meter
should read between 3000 to 3300 ohms (Use multimeter on Rx1 ohm setting). If
heater is fine then make sure water pressure is optimum and fill valve is
working fine. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more
information.
