Well it should still be under warrenty unless you have severly physically damaged it or gotten it wet. All new phones come with a year manufacturers warranty.

I have a RAZR V3 Cellular phone which I did not use for a couple of months. Now I am unable to switch it on (even when charging it). What could be the problem?

Ok, leaving a battery for that length of will run it down.
If you plug in the phone you could see the screen staying blank for up to 30 mins.

If the above did`t help.go to a shop where you can try a new battery.

I hoped i`ve helped.

ok.

It is possible that your battery was overcharged. Maybe your battery broke up. Try to buy a new battery it might work. Also it is possible that you phone is grounded.
