Question about HP Pavilion dv1000 Notebook
My cap lock and shift key on my HP pavilion laptop are loose and keep coming off. each time i try to put them back on, they come off again.is there anyway 9glue, etc0 to re-attached them permanently so this does not keep happening/
There are 2 little attachment arms on the bottom of the keys. Use a very small electronics screwdriver to make sure both arms get attached. If the arms are missing then you'd have to find another machine for parts to get the attachment pieces. It's tricky and a pain to attach but it will. I have 3 HP Pavillions and have had to do this several times.
