When sending document that is pdf the printer will only print one page. It is a Canon iR C2620

Try installing a new printer driver
Hey We have successfully resolved this issue.
Steps:
Go to Print>> Advanced>> and check the checkbox (Print as Image)
This should work.

I had a similar problem printing a pdf but it was not printing out the
document at all and I could not print out thie first page singularly.
This was on an HP Laserjet 8000DN in XP, but thanks to the earlier reply I did
the following

There may be a few possible things for your to try. Below is the list of things you can try.
1) Reinstall the PDF software that you use to open your pdf documents. (reader or acrobat) *restart machine after reinstall.
2) Remove the printer from your list of printers and faxes then add it back again
3) Restart the spooler service
click start -> run
type services.msc then ok
on new window, look for print spooler, right click and select restart service.

Any pdf seems to give the printer the problem regardless of where it originates from. we are using Windows XP. It worked fine then this problem started.
Everyone at my office who has downloaded the newest version of Adobe is only able to print the first page. Computers with older versions are unaffected and can print full documents. As time goes by we have less and less options for printing pdfs.
